1. Returns and Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or the item you received is different than that which you ordered. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at craftsandmarts@gmail.com with details of the product, the defect and an unboxing video of the product which will serve as a proof for your easy exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

 

2. Cancellation

We will accept the cancellation of orders until they are not shipped and the full payment will be refunded. We will not entertain any cancellation if the order is shipped, and you are liable to pay the entire amount of the order.

 

3. Shipping

We will ship the order in 3-4 working days.

 

4. Refund

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns will be prepaid and insured by us. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
